The other characters honestly should have been grateful that Sharpay came in and saved this number, the London girl can't sing at all. I wish they hadn't both gone down at the end. I would have liked if this number had ended with Sharpay coming out on top.

This is confirmation that Ashley’s voice was the lead voice in the official cast version. Vanessa and Ashley has similar soprano timbre. No one one knew was leading the chorus but it’s definitely Ashley’s.
