Ep.27 - What a $90K river apartment looks like in China

I must say this unit left a very good impression. During my house hunting journey in China, this 650 square feet apartment felt like a good fit. The developer managed to fit 2 bedrooms into this space, and it had excellent Mekong River views. What do you think- is $90K a good price for this home?
