A good interview to learn from the very first minute some mistakes and avoid them:
1. the environment is not prepared for screen sharing.
2. the screen is already crowded with "Google: excel", "Новая таблица", etc.
3. a tool for drawing diagrams is not prepared. It looks like you did not do this work in recent years. :)
As an interviewer, I would ask at this moment if visualization of architecture and flows is an on-hand expertise/experience.
I personally would start the answer to the 1st question with a sequence diagram. Then proceed to others.

I would suggest that providing a state of the art solution for the problem state would help a lot.
One is asking for something to be designed, and simulating the interview experience and another thing is to showcase a proper solution.
Because not everyone works at a big tech company they might not have encountered this technical challenges.
