Not sure what's going on with Zoe E, but for Nidalee Q, I think Lux's body being pull back to base, with a really fast speed, but coincidentally Nidalee Q hit Lux's body/entity right at the moment she passes it.

Iirc, When the lux respawns, she is alive for a fraction of a millisecond travelling really fast back to base, And during that point, her hit box was in the area.
