This was exactly what came into my melon when I heard about gel blaster compressed air guns. Which is all we r allowed in Australia and in only 2 states atm (and shrinking). Thanks for clarifying the idea mate

Hey Nighthawk, I love all the project videos that you put out. I don't know if this would work or not, but you should make some adjustments to this gun so that you can shoot glow in the dark airport pellets. The pellets are activated by a bright light as it exits the barrel. Would be cool as hell to see that at night time.

That would be a great deterrent in areas where coyotes are a problem! Don't know if would kill but sure would let them know that they are not welcome!

Looks like the end of the pvc comes in contact with the brakeline, so it may be more than decorative. If it is making contact, it might help dampen some vibration in the inner barrel. Cool project man.

Many years ago I experimented with a shop vac exhaust powered high volume paintball launcher. The venture effect was troublesome. I used a linear magazine with a push rod. The weight of the dowel rod was enough to feed. It worked but was impractical. Now with battery powered high output leaf blowers the concept seems more feasible. The objective was to create a heavy assault system. Fed from a water jug hopper like yours but using a brushed auger feed system. No need for air tanks. Just battery power. It did generate just enough FPS to break premium paint balls. No chrono so no hard data.
