GETTING THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT:

🎹 Recommended Beginner Pianos:

► Basic Keyboard (Light Keys) - YAMAHA PSR-F52
^^ This is a lightweight, portable keyboard with plenty of sounds to inspire early playing and practising.

► Basic Digital Piano (Semi-Weighted Keys) - RockJam 88 Key Digital Piano
^^ This has the full range of notes you can play and will sound much fuller than the 'Basic Keyboard'.

► Basic Digital Piano (Fully Weighted Keys) - Casio CDP-S110BKC5
^^ This one is the closest to mine! It feels like a real piano and sounds like one too!

🎹 Recommended Accessories:

► Keyboard/Digital Piano Stand - Duronic Keyboard stand KS2B
^^ This will suit all of the above recommended keyboards/pianos.

► Fully Weighted Sustain Pedal - M-Audio SP-2
^^ Feels like the real thing. Great thing to get with your digital piano if you plan on playing on a real piano at performances or at other locations.

► Basic Piano Stools - LIVIVO Folding Music Piano Stool
^^ You've got to sit somewhere and this one is adjustable!

It’s been a long time since I’ve looked something up on YouTube and gotten EXACTLY what I needed—and concisely, at that. Appreciated the cherry on top on composition, too. Thank you!

I got what you were saying perfectly. This fingering makes so much more Sense. The trial built off of the octave higher third makes a lot of sense.

Also, you would need a whole video that slowly goes over how to do inversions in the right hand using the 3, 5, 7 and 9. You play beautifully, but you need to slowly step through how to do the inversions in the right hand.

In the key of C a 7th chord is not based on the root of a major scale (C E G B), it's based on the fifth note of a major scale G B D F. If you call your major chords 7th chords what would you then call your flat 7 chords ? They can't be called minor, that's taken. Your examples should be called Major 7th and Major 9th chords, not just 7th and 9th chords. They are completely different in their function. A 7th chord wants to resolve, a Major 7th chord is already resolved.

your going to fast. It would also be helpful if you used the virtual piano keys above what you are playing like others do in their videos, so we can easily follow you.
