Adele speaks with TODAY's Matt Lauer about her new album, "25," which was released last Friday, and her one-hour NBC special, "Adele Live in New York City." Adele talks about the source of inspiration for her music saying, "sometimes you have to let yourself be sad to move forward." She also talks about her son Angelo, saying that he comes first and that she and her music come second in her life.

What I like about Adele is that she is so down to earth, in the right place in her life and mistress of her own destiny, plus what a voice, just I believe that Adele has every reason to be very guarded about her family, good for her I say.... About time the media stayed out of people's lives and let them get on with it like the rest of Adele has this amazing warm vocals that touch a person's own heart... Awesome lady.
