Just watched the film on Prime, good stuff. "Where to mate?", is now the second most iconic line for a taxi driver after, "You talkin' to me?". Absolutely brilliant that you were involved in this.

I am going to have to look this film up and watch it, sounds like it could be good.
I can relate to Sam saying about driving a cab when not being a cabbie and then incurring the wrath when you dont stop for people. For a laugh many years ago I bought a decommissioned FX4 as my own personal vehicle. Despite not having a working 'for hire ' sign i used to get hailed regularly. I lost count of the times I checked my rear view mirror to see the hailer giving me the finger....😂

Fair comment on the Tx4 vibration, I’ve seen plenty footage that is filmed in a TX4 and that diesel motor really ruins the complex narrative of the story. They almost always have to pull over to complete their conversation, the driver even gets in the back it’s so loud…….bloody diesel.
