Get in a squat position, then reach down and grab your toes. Pull yourself deep into your squat while keeping your chest as upright as possible. Then, keeping your hands on your toes, raise your hips as high as you can without moving your feet or hands. Then return to pulling yourself into the squat, really putting an emphasis on driving the knees out!
