I think people forget how massive the base game is. Shadow of the erdtree is literally the size of a normal open world game.

My only issue with the DLC is the extremity to which it's isolated from the base game. I wasnt expecting different endings or altered quests from the base game, but the fact we don't even get a throw away line from Gideon like "Miquella did what? Damn that's wild.. anyway.." is crazy to me.

I love it but I wish some areas had a bit more loot or better loot, or more dungeons to find. Sometimes you explore some corners that end up having either junk or literally nothing. The beautiful scenery pretty much always makes up for it though.

Bro three game has 6 distinct endings. Several of which need questlines you need to explore to find. Arguing about how big the game is, is actually insane. My friend and i have over 100 hours in a single playthrough, and most of my DS1 playthroughs are like 15 hours

The size of the dlc is absolutely irrelevant too wanting another dlc, the main reason most people want more dlc is for the sake of story conclusions, so many things are eluded too with barely anything being confirmed.

This dlc is absolutely massive. I definitely enjoy it, but I wasn't expecting it to be this big lol. Trying to do my second playthrough and it just keeps going
