That's Something, " Organized Hate " Segregation Rules & Regulations AKA " Jim Crow " It was Mentioned during the Documentary About Hiring " Tough Bus Driver's " That's Definitely True, My Grandma & Some Other Elders Have Told Me During This Era The Bus Driver's Carried A Pistol & Had Police Power and Used it Too. Also Traveling On Trailway or Greyhound Bus for Interstate Travel Was Horrible As Well in addition to the Bus Driver There was a Man (With Police Powers As Well) who Traveled along on the Bus who Has a Night Stick/ Bully Club & Gun, This Was Supposed to" Keep Us In Our place ". On a Trip to Tennessee, My Grandmother age 16 & Great Grandfather were witness to this Humiliation. We have come a long way as a people & God Will Take us Further. God Bless, Thank you for posting 🙏🏾💯

So interesting... but a question. At 1.45 when it shows coloured only seating, where would the white seating have been?

The (1953) Bus boycott that took place in Baton Rouge, Louisiana was the first successful bus boycott that took place in this country. This boycott was the blueprint for the Montgomery bus boycott; @ this time Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. met with Dr.T. J. Jimmerson and other prominent ministers during that time, he took their ideals back to Montgomery, Al. that's when became nationally notorized. The (1953 ) Bus boycott was so successful it nearly bankrupt the bus system in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The results were mean. Numerous blacks were killed over this boycott. Jackson, Birmingham, Atlanta, and Jacksonville bus lines were likely as mean as Montgomery's were.
