WINDSWEPT went from being a terrible variant to one of the best Filia variants in the game. EVASION and PERMANENT PRECISION are powerful BUFFS that makes her distinctly different than any other Filias, while still retaining what I believe to be the best representation of Filia's intended gameplay.

Now she is the perfect filia, has utility, sustain and dmg from crit hits and prestige. Her only being bad against tainted pws.

Ok jokes aside, she's busted in rifts as well, with the only weakness being painwheels and unholy host.

I would like to point out that Tricho **does** actually crit, and does insane damage since it's a huge single hit that is now guaranteed to be critical. It's definitely a good choice.

After getting that ONE first Evade stack Windswept becomes a MENACE. She can bully literally any character as she is either faster than their dash attacks, or they aren't multi hit. Overall her only weakness is Curse and Hex so I'm gonna build her in Atk, Crit dmg and Resistance for maximum cheese
Edit: tested it and Big Band is an even worse pick against her as his super armour works against his AI -- He dashes in, gets hit once, continues to dash and hits you once, removing a stack of Evasion, goes for a second attack but as he is open, he gets hit and now Wind has 1 more stack of Evasion and 2 more stacks of Enrage.

I find doing normal string on blocking ai, but before the last hit, if you use hair ball it will catch the ai trying to hit back like 80% of the time, i always do that (this will work even more when the string start with a dash attack)

I would honestly put hair weave on your Filia because of the damage but also the combo and armor break

I definitely need to get into using ringlet more.
However Im pretty sure both Blowout (BB3) and Trichobezoar (BB2) can crit and do a shitload of dmg doing so. ;P

Man, I'm really mad I ended up Diamoning my shiny Toad before they announced the changes. Cerebella being the bane of my existence as usual.
For a Windswept build, you'd advise maxing out on Atk, Crit Damage and Spe Cooldown ?

probably the thing that make it awkward to play her is because it goes against your habit of playing, which is don’t go full ground combo to defending opponent. Normally, you don’t want to get hit even when you have evasion, but with her you have to get “hit” to activate her SA

I think your move set would be better off using bb2 trichobezoar instead of gregor samson, it can crit and has a quite big atk scaling on it. You could use it for burst damage, i think you could get like 100-150k dmg with it. And i have a question, i see you rock the leech marque, do you think she would benefit more with first cut since you have 3 ringlet spikes. I have a shiny windswept and i might consider investing in her once i get the right moves

Trichobezoar doesn't crit? But when I play Windswept, it seems to be able to crit just fine.

you can just spam attack when you have evasion stacks, they will try to attack but since they cant you just get infinite evasion and rage (unless they use a multi attack blockbuster or something)
