This is not a city. Is a TARG. How so? Look at its people. All peasants from the surroundinf villages moved to this little town. Nothing is left of the old charm. Small cities like this one full of ugly apartment buildings one could find all over the south of Romania. Stop goldleafing this little town that looks decently clean only on a 2 km radius. Yoy gow to the outskirts you are eatten alive by stray dogs. Nothing new. The outskirts reflect quite acurate the othomanic balcan times of prior ww1. Glitz does not make a small town a city. Maybe only for a first generation who got out of the "gumari and opinci".
