In this video my boy and teammate from the San Diego Padres organization, Casey Smith aka @outfronthitting on Instagram, shares 2 amazing, simple, and effective baseball hitting drills that will help you become a better hitter quickly.

We shot this video during the 2020 ABCA Convention at The Hit Lab, Joey Lewis’ baseball facility in Nolansville, TN.

Sons baseball is starting up and just had him do some hitting and noticed that his hands are extremely low at launch. Will use these drills and high tee work to try get his hands higher.
