The building managers have a legal & moral responsibility to provide decent livable housing for the tenants They need to be held responsible & have their property taken away if they don’t provide proper heat & well kept livable property This is too rampant that slumlords keep in business & get away with it

When I brought my issues about my living conditions to court cha added 2K to my rent ledger and they're currently trying to evict me. It's really important that you all unify and get a lawyer so you don't face retaliation like me. They rather put you out to silence you then fix the awful living conditions
