Trying to send Facebook video from Messenger. I go down to right corner and choose MORE. My choices are: Unsend, Forward, and Bump. Using iPad mini 6. Can you help? Thanks

What would cause the message, 'Could not be saved' do you think?

1. Does the messenger, by default, auto save incoming photos to iphone's camera roll?
2. For incoming photos not saved onto iphone's camera roll, where are they being saved? Facebook cloud? Indefinitely?
