So, I tried this tutorial out and followed everything exactly except of entering just, 'Teddy'. I wanted to test it to see if the user were to input additional words would the name be extracted and show up in the responses correctly. It did not. So, instead of saying, Teddy, I responded with, "His name is Teddy". This is the answer I received, "Great. So you're looking for grooming services for His name is Teddy". So, the next thing I will need to learn is how to make sure the right info is being extracted and captured. Users can respond in multiple ways. Ideally, we'll want them to give us the answers we need but in case they don't, we need to extract the right info and use it accurately. The whole point is to make the conversation feel as natural and human-like as possible.

Hmm. I've done it differently and would like to know the pros and cons.

I basically pre-created a user variable from settings, asked for.user input, store as normal variable (work flow) and then execute code to set workflow variable as user variable. Then I prompt user variable anywhere in the flow.
