For that money I’d get the best Lexus available—if it wasn’t a daily driver. I will say that the Crown is stunning. This is especially true for that maroon-esque color.

Problem is, for less money you can get a nicely optioned Lexus ES 350 or ES 300 for about the same cost. Go with the Lexus. There are a lot of small things that makes a difference. I will say I like the Crown Signia but a nicely optioned one will be close to $50, 000.

Isn’t this car smaller than the Avalon? If so, that’s not an upgrade nor a replacement at all.

This is a confusing car to me. Growing up in the 80s. One of my Aunts drove a AMC Eagle Wagon. It was a scary looking vehicle to me because it sat up higher then regular vehicles on the road...lol And also the late 90s early 2000s Volvo Cross country. Both the AMC and Volvo both had functionality to those vehicles. I really don't know what's the purpose of this vehicle. Unfortunately I've not had the best of luck with my Toyota's of the past. If I went back to Toyota, I'd still choose a pre-owned Avalon over this.

My local Toyota dealership has a new 2024 Crown Platinum at $9, 000 off MSRP. It's in the hideous brown/black two-tone color. They can't get rid of these things. 🤣

The Avalon looked better to me. They should have refreshed the exterior, overhauled the interior, and given it awd. That would be better than this egg on wheels.

Toyota and Mazda have been making their car cabins smaller, with tiny windows and cramped spaces, especially in models like the Mazda CX30 and Toyota BZ4X. This "sportiness" design is really starting to ruin great models that used to be awesome.

Yes the crown is better than the Camry except price, mpg and imo the looks of the car especially the rear end of the crown is atrocious! Who ever designed the crown should be fired!
