I recently started working on my onboarding process after one year of being a freelancer and let me tell you this is game changer. A nice presentation, having systems and already made templates makes you look so good and professional. It also makes your life so much easier 😌I hope this part of the design process was more talk about, most of the content I have seen it's about what you do when you already have a client and the project has started.
