i had one about 15 years ago w a 900 cbr engine it was a blast, , wish I'd never sold it :((((

I'd take like an extra few minutes and round the edges of the Shifter handle .
I'd do at least 1/4 round bit .
And hit it with some sandpaper.
Those squre edges just scream Lazy craftsman .
