Three lovely, useful porches, one of them screened and one of them private for the master bedroom! Just inside the entry is a wardrobe for coats and a bench for removing footwear. The TV is next to the fireplace at a comfortable viewing height. The kitchen is spacious, and although I'd replace the open shelves with cabinets, there's enough storage. The bedrooms have large closets, and there appears to be a small laundry room. This plan satisfies all my needs and wants!

My husband and I are in the process of building this house. We are making the room off of the kitchen a small office/bedroom and then putting the sunroom off of the master bedroom. This thing is going to rock when it is all done!!!

GREAT USE OF SPACE! There's no door to close off the 3 seasons porch, what about winter? I'd add a sliding glass patio door. Feels safer!

The porches are a necessity in the lower southeast, Georgia/Florida. I might have missed the laundry room and a pantry would be nice. With the roof line, an additional bedroom could be possible. The sunroom is absolutely gorgeous and perfect with a pool right out the door. With 5 children and 8 grandchildren, I need a well planned smaller home with available space when everyone comes to visit! This house is perfect and stunning. Enough space without overdoing it and very comfortable, cozy and inviting! Awesome job!

Quite large to be considered "small" but it is very lovely!
