This kit reminds me of the Arado aircraft. Nice kit 👍

I just ordered this kit. There's something about these odd experimental aircraft that I find weirdly appealing, they certainly have a fascinating history don't they. I appreciate this review and the amount of detail you always put into your videos Nigel, I feel there's something for anyone from novice to expert (I've been at this hobby just shy of 50 years and I'm always learning new things.) Keep up the good work!

What an amazing looking aircraft! Pretty sure I saw some magazine/comic (Countdown/TV Action/Speed & Power) articles about this thing back in the early '70s, but I'd forgotten all about them until this!!
Looks like something born out of the Gerry Anderson classic Thunderbirds or Captain Scarlet programmes... Weird and wonderful!! 😃

Appreciate content that isn’t about Lancaster’s nice kit review, another kit to put one out of their comfort zone.Your reviews always open my eyes to something different to try.Appreciate the time you take for us hobbyists

Hi Nige - Really enjoy all your stuff!! Just a note to say that I ordered some Master guns for the Lanc from EXITO in Poland on 22/3/22 receiving confirmation on that date. By 4/4/22 had heard nothing so tried to get an approx timescale from them but I am now unable to get any response at all - It may of course be due to the appalling situation in Ukraine but I just wanted to let anyone else know that there may be problems. I have now sourced some from Model Hobbies and they are already here!! Keep doing what you're doing - Great content and it's great to see you take the fear away from tackling some of the bigger stuff!! Cheers, Rich

Hi Nigel. Couldn’t resist this one, never heard of it before, so ugly it’s beautiful, managed to track one down after watching this review, can’t wait for your build which I will follow with great interest 👍👍👍

The Soviet era really made some interesting aircraft - ekranoplan springs to mind. Great review Nigel, wonder if I’ll ever get one?

You know, Nigel - I might have to quit watching your channel simply to keep my impulse-buying under control. :) Very nice look into these kits.. and that BBV-14 has been on the want list for a while. Nice to see what's in there.

Thanks!

Interesting aircraft and looking forward to you building it

Really looks like something out of a Gerry Anderson TV show. Did a search and found that there's a 4-engine version of that beast. And it really was intended to be a true VTOL anti-submarine platform. That's one ambitious aircraft.

Kind of like the platypus of aircraft. Looks like something put together by committee, but an interesting looking kit. Thanks for the review Nigel, goes to show there is always something new and different to pique ones interest. Cheers.

Nigel I have been following your border models Lancaster build and I just watched a video on Kermit Weeks channel on YouTube.
He is the owner of Fantasy of flight in Florida. On his channel he is doing a video series on a Lancaster that he has bought. The aircraft is in peaces in containers. I thought you might be interested in checking out the videos. Again the channel is Kermit Weeks channel on YouTube. Keep on modelin.

That's one of those "what were they drinking" aircraft

I found one by chance at a good course, so now I have to buy it...I expect its going to be a bit more work than the Takom or Zvezda ekranoplans

I'd love one of these after watching that review Nigel, but I;m thinking its going to be a very rare kit now! Be aware, the A&A Antonov An-22 is a pig to build. To the point that I've put mine aside as I was getting really vexed with it!!
