I've loved this band since middle school in 2007/08. Finally got to see them this Saturday in San Diego.

I used to dream of becoming a great singer like Ryan and traveling the world trying to reach people with music, but ended up joining the Marines instead. Wish I could have met Ryan at the concert. Honestly, it was crazy hearing that for a lot of artists, the only songs I like are actually written or partially written by Ryan.

I don't think I could ever get big like OneRepublic, and I don't really know how to play any instruments, but maybe if I got lucky I could find a few people that could play and eventually get good enough to be one of the bands opening for someone like these guys, and I could just keep my remote IT job for an actual income.
