Snoop Dogg didn't mention that a substitution is forbidden after icing the puck. Otherwise, a tired line would do this intentionally to get a fresh line on the ice.

Snoop, I think they should play your hockey rules videos at T-Moble Arena prior to the Vegas Golden Knights games begin. Many of our VGK fans are still very new to this great sport, and these videos would not only be instructional, but also entertaining! GO KNIGHTS GO!
