As someone with dry skin & dermatitis, I try to be more cognizant of ingredients in face makeup & read reviews prior to buying. I tried the Elf Power Grip Primer and I hated it. Unfortunately, it did not hydrate and heavily emphasized dry patches/bumpy skin. Therefore, I recommend non-sticky primers for those with dry skin/acne/bumps, etc. Also, make sure that alcohol content isn't one of the first few ingredients listed, otherwise that will dry your skin as well (even if a product advertises as hydrating/dewy).

Hi Andrea, I spray WD40 on the sticky adhesive residue and it will easily wipe off. Works better than alcohol or acetone. I too hate all those stickers on drugstore makeup packaging.

I just got the elf Jelly Pop primer. It's great! Much easier and less tacky than the Powergrip. I can't smell the watermelon, though.

I have this elf eye primer and I have oily eyelids this def extends and brightens my eyeshadow but surprisingly have to be careful not to use too much or it makes my eyelids stick together and the shadows skip but it's fine as long as I'm mindful❤😊

I actually like the Elf watermelon lip oil and I’m usually sensitive to scents. I bought a backup — which I think is a reason people over-purchase makeup that you missed. Companies do so many limited edition products, or keep discontinuing products to come out with something new, that you feel like you have to buy backups of your favorites because they’re gonna go away or you think they are !!
