the Altrisk doesn’t show up for me in apps & features, only Pinaview, i already deleted pinaview though.

Hello, a few days ago I had Altrisk application... A white icon with a red heart. I unistalled it since I never wanted it. But before remouving it I also remouved Pinaview malware and a few other malwares. Now... My pc everytime I turn it on shows me the blue screen of death(bad pool caller). Can it be happening because I remouved those malwares?
