How to install channels on your Philips Android TV?

In this video we show you how to perform a channel installation on a Philips Android TV.

Hi. I have setup satellite channels on my philips tv and manually sorted into a favorites list. My problem is the lack of EPG data. I know it will only show now+next but when I use the full screen TV Guide, most channels are not showing even the current show unless I click into it, then it updates. But if I view in the smaller channel list which occupy right side of screen only, that is showing almost all current show names. So the TV has the data but not applying it into the full screen EPG. How can I get the EPG to fill in properly?

Mine still can’t find any despite trying everything for 2 hours and came on YouTube followed these instructions since my 50” Philips 4k U HD LED android tv was delivered today. I connected my WiFi… so frustrating trying to do, thought it would have been simple process to tune my freeview like other tvs had . Should have just paid extra to get it done when delivered

Ridiculous TV keeps popping up the "No channels installed" window. I will not install any channels on this TV. It's for Netflix and YouTube..Why force this upon me? As someone else said, just give us Vanilla Android TV please.

Apart from Ambilight which is amazing, worst tv i've owned, so many connection problems all the time. No more Philips nor Samsung, LG all the way
