Given the low accuracy of Police dogs in vehicle scenarios why do you think they are still being allowed as probable cause?

Good afternoon Anthony first of all I enjoy watching your videos and great information keep up the good work. Question I'm from Texas not an SRO but are school administration has a contract with a company k9 / handler an they are not a Peace Officer. They come out so ften and do a sweep around the school parking lots the dog alerts on vehicle and the administration brings out the students and have them open up their vehicles and the handler conducts a search they find drugs contraband paraphernalia. Is that legal to do and if so, can we a peace Officer cite or arrest the individual ?

80% of dogs are wrong. (accepted fact in Florida vs. Harris), supreme court didn't care. Dogs seem to be used as a catch-all or an excuse to search and get around the 4th amendment.
