Got a RX450H. The OS is totally SHIT. Maps is shit, directions are SHIT, the UI is SHIT and it is user UNfriendly. Not intuitive at all. For this reason I would say to go with a MERC or another make of car with a refined easy to understand onboard computer. Not this utter garbage. ''S-FLOW'' is no something anyone would know and if you press the S FLOW button which is not LABELLED S FLOW, but instead with obscure icons. then on the screen it says S FLOW CANCEL or S FLOW FRONT or some other cryptic crap. This is a great example of how shit this system is.

What also would have helped is if there was a question mark icon on the screen when you press a button, or select a function with a short demonstration video that comes up when you press it IF the vehicle is not in motion, OR if there is a passenger in the front seat (the car can already detect if there is a passenger). And it should have the option of either a short demo video OR text with clear images for step by step instructions and clear explanations.

The built in navigation system is the most CONVOLUTED OUTDATED piece of crap ever.

But a GOOD system will NOT need such crap. It will be intuative.

Honestly, my RAV had a much easier way to do this- one button on the panel. My 4Runner just blows air back there whether it's good for the environment of not and I like that.
