As an old dude, I can tell you this. No one knows you better than you. You know when something isn't right. Don't let it go. Pursue other avenues for an answer. If it isn't your heart, then I think you are on the correct path as far as the anxiety angle. Point being, if you feel something isn't right, 9 times out of 10 you are correct. Follow that process of elimination and get it figured out. Just getting piece of mind of knowing is half the solution.

My mother-in-law watches your videos and told me about your condition. I wanted to let you know you are not alone!!!! I have the same exact problem. Everything you are describing I have been going through for a while now.

My doctor has said the same exact thing to me as well. They were unable to detect any major heart condition.

It’s so frustrating to me. I’ll be at work having a nice day and then BAM my heart starts racing and I can’t get it to stop! It lasts about an hour. Sometimes it’s so bad I can’t talk, I can’t think, I get lightheaded and dizzy.

They keep telling me it’s anxiety. I am a naturally anxious person and have been as long as I can remember. I can see that playing a rather large roll by I can’t help but think it’s something more and feel helpless in the matter because NO ONE can truly figure out what’s going on with me.

Again you are not alone. ❤️❤️❤️

My Dad used to experience this. He found that lying flat on his back on the floor helped the rapid heartbeat stop after awhile. I felt his chest during one of these episodes and it was pounding rapidly. He was told not to worry because it wouldn’t kill him! He did have bypass surgery when he was in his sixties, although these episodes went on for most of his life. He lived to be in his nineties. He did go to a VA hospital occasionally because they had his records from when he was in the Navy and he had great faith in those doctors. I know this really frightened me as a child, however, he did live a long life. I hope this gives you some comfort. You are absolutely right to stay in touch with your doctors, but try not to stress out too much. My Dad ate tons of ice cream, sugary foods, etc. and he still lived a long life. Take care and safe travels! May God bless you always!

I have the same symptoms, and my PCP ordered a thirty day cardiac event monitor for me. It showed no arrhythmias, but I definitely have tachycardia a lot of the time. He diagnosed me with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). I wear compression socks and limit my carbs now, and it seems to help a little.
You hit the nail on the head with anxiety too. I have anxiety and I promise when my heart starts to beat really fast it freaks me out although I know it’s nothing serious.

good luck with everything! It’s been a nightmare trying to find out what’s wrong with me, and I think POTS is just the tip of the iceberg, but hopefully we both get some answers soon.

Chelsea, cardio is good and it will help some, but you need to address your panic and PTSD issues more. Im no doctor, but I was a Nurse for many years and I also suffer from PTSD. The symptomology you speak of could very well be what triggers your Tachycardia episodes. Sights, smells, sounds and even touch can be subconcious triggers that can set off an episode. I think you have the right idea by seeking out someone to speak to about those issues. All I need to trigger my disorder is the smell of mold from a walk in the woods and im 10, 000 miles away. I will keep you in my thoughts and send you positive Karma. Keep us updated and I wish you joy, happiness and mostly love. <3 Fart.

Anxiety can cause a lot of different symptoms. I also have anxiety and panic attacks, which were causing similar symptoms to heart attacks. With a different type of anxiety med and some life changes, I haven;t had an issue in a couple of years. I changed to a completely different type of Dr and that made all the difference. Stay positive, it'll all become clear at some point!! Thanks for all the great videos!!

Cayenne Pepper is great for the ❤️ heart, so maybe take that in capsule form, I take them twice a day and it helps, I also take Sovereign Silver for a all around dietary helper, anxiety can cause actual physical issues so mind over matter, remember that.

To walk a mile or to run a mile is equal amount of stress to your body. Hi CV, Been watching some of your vids for the past year shortly after I got my new small Hideout TT (also a Keystone) that has the same floorplan & specs and similar features as your Springdale Summerland TT. Overall they're about 90% identical as have the Springdale brochure also. Think you even stayed several miles from me at a state park in 2017 when you were going through the Seattle area. You also remind me a bit of my youngest niece born (March 1993). She moved to Madison, WI in 2015 for her first F/T job from NJ upon graduation from Rutgers U.

Good Health (physical, mental, and emotional) is your most important asset as without it nothing else matters. You seem to have a good grasp on this. It's amazing how many people are ignorant of this and abuse their bodies with drugs, cigs, and alcohol along with other activities that impair their health such as overworking themselves to climb that corporate ladder or in the relentless pursuit of finer material things. Often just so that they can live the high and extravagant lifestyle. To each his own as the saying goes. Retired early about 2 years ago as my personal health (chronic sleep issues since my mid 40's) made doing my job difficult, so I just decided to quit within a month. A few years earlier than planned but no regrets to this day as much less stress. How much $$$ does one need to live a secure and comfortable life. The best of health to you to get your heart condition and panic disorders fixed. Many Happy and Safe RV travels kiddo.

You can get better results for cardio by swimming. I have to deal with heart problems and that is the best exercise for it and it also offers serenity when you float.

I’m pretty sure you’ve tried these techniques at this point but just in case you haven’t here are some that may help.

1. Deep breathing and counting backwards from 100. This technique will help with slowing your heart rate down via breathing and distraction by counting. Allocating your focus elsewhere.

2. Visualization. Think of a time and place where you feel the most relax. What season was it? How the warmth of the sun feels when it hits your skin or how the chill of the night feels. Is it the ocean when it push and pulls against the shoreline. Breathe with the waves.

Ok, Chelsea, first of all, don't rely on just one opinion, or even battery of tests from one cardiologist. I am a heart patient, but my issue has been mostly resolved, that is, I haven't had any major setbacks or repeats of what I had been going through for 3 years before my procedure. It has been 3 years since said procedure and I'm, pretty clear now. I had a diagnosis of Atrial Afibulation. This is when your heart goes through episodes of palpitations that will feel like your heart is racing at a fast pulse. Mine would be at a rest, and I would never have episodes running or hiking or exerting myself. It would always be at a rest, or laying down. I can attribute what I was going through a ton of stress and anxiety from, lifestyle changes and a difficult end of marriage, separation, then a divorce. But the physical manifestations came as that symptom. The two cardiologists that saw me, had me wear heart monitors for thex24 hour, then the 2 week period, where I sent in, my results and I had my diagnosis. I also had a physical stress test, where they have you strapped to a monitor while walking fast, running, then cool down, etc. Then they gave me an echogram, where they take an ultrasound of your heart after and during the stress test procedure. The doctor prescribed me with beta blockers Propanolol, and Metoprolol, which I took for 3 years until the surgeon gave me the Atrial Afib ablation procedure.
Take note that this occurred when I was 63- 66 yrs old. Being much younger, your diagnosis may be different. The procedure was that they abated my upper heart chamber with two catheters inserted into my groin area, upper thigh. This allowed them, to route the catheter up, into my artery to, my heart chamber to laser ablate ( carterize) my chamber hot spots causing this constant heart palpitations and thumping, at times like two fish flopping around in, my chest. Other times, when it started, it was like a muffled fluttering. Any way, long story short, I'm, off the meds, I do exercise, although my days of running are over ( stopped at 50, due to hip issues) but I do walk, bike, hike and swim in, moderation. I wish you well and if you want to refer to a video from, my surgeon Dr. Steven Hau in San Francisco, he has a good video. Yes, definitely get a second opinion and ask if you are a candidate for medication...Good luck and God bless...

Do cardio. I do the tredmill 3X a week. Funny how as soon as I received a pacemaker I felt better and very little signs of bradychardia. I have the pacemaker for 5yrs. and each time I go for my 6 mo check up the readings were normal for all that time. I feel my anxiety contributed to the need for the pacemaker. I also go online every 2 months and send the readings over the internet. No problems. No showing of problems. Will be talking to cardiologist about removing the pacemaker when the battery starts to go and see what happens. See what he says. I felt peace knowing I had a backup (pacemaker) which helped psychologically. No Zantac in a long time. I am here for you just holler :) if I can help I will. You will be ok. You must believe it. Anxiety is a killer. The more we let it take over the worse it gets.

1. As a man thinks, so is he. Speak life. The power of Life and Death is in the tongue.
2. Research PVC's. These are aberrant heart beats that you can feel. They're scary, especially if you're hyper-vigilant about your heart.
3. Definitely begin cardio exercise. This will strengthen your heart and give you peace of mind.
4. Therapy is good to help with unresourceful/negative ruminations. You may be suffering from anxiety/panic, which can manifest as heart issues.
5. I've been thru exactly what you're going thru, and I'm winning this battle🤗 You can too.

If your heart checked out then it may just be panic attacks. I used to get them years ago when I was stressed or around annoying people. Working out should certainly help de-stress, and ditch any stimulants like caffeine. My solution involved liberal amounts of adult beverages!

I am do glad I found this video!! This is EXACTLY what I'm going through. History, I have anxiety and I'm a fight or flight person. My heart rate will go 140 to 250. I actually went into a fib twice. My heart checks out fine with the cardiologist. They think it might be sleep apnea. So they are gonna do a sleep study on me. Its a VERY SCARY ISSUE when your heart starts acting up. Have your doctor try a sleep study on you. It just might be the fix. Best wishes. Hugs
