Jon Thurlow - Final set at IHOPKC (PART 1)

So special getting to be a part of Jon's final set at IHOPKC. Jon is a good friend of 15 years and I'm so excited to see all that God has in store for this next season of his journey.

I moved to China 9 years ago. Almost died spiritually until I found the live streaming of the prayer room. Jon, and many others who are leading worship and intercession, I owe you so much! Can't bless and thank you enough for your faithfulness and love. Many blessings from China to you and your family as you are moving on!

Jon Thurlow was always one of my favorites, mainly because he seems like such a happy person and often smiled while leading worship. Truly a gift.

I discovered the Ihop stream back around 2015 while in college. Spent some long days studying with this stream running in the background. Fell in love with Laura, Thurlow, Jaye, and others. Thanks Jon.

I want to cry....ugh...his worship is so pure. He, Jaye Thomas, and a few others got me into wanting to really learn the keyboard. May God bless you continuously Jon Thurlow. I’ll always be a supporter. From time to time my church (Brooklyn, NY) and I would play his sets during prayer.

I never listen to IHOP live, but the day that this was recorded, I for whatever reason turned it on. The passion and presence in this set was precious to be able to hear. I'm grateful the Lord somehow led me to listen to it, as Jon's music was a significant part of my early walk with Jesus. I hope this new season is a beautiful one for him and his family.

Man, that’s intense. Somehow in my mind, I always expect IHOP-KC to be a time capsule of my first visit in 2007 which changed me forever.

I really am not commenting but they have been sharing the distance for so many years, I will miss the office mornings listening to that wonderful piano and voice, stressful mornings calmed with the presence of God, without a doubt they have impacted my life, God keep saving and protecting your family, embrace of a stranger who has been filled by God through what you transmit, humility, love, peace, presence an endless number of things that are increasingly scarce in modern times.
