It was banned because they thought it was inappropriate for people taking calls about (possibly) domestic abuse or dying relatives to have a mouth full of kfc.
In other words, it was banned because some people can’t take a joke.

They thought it was inappropriate because them with food in their mouth made them sound deaf and technically were making fun of deaf people, and also they work for an emergency domestic abuse helpline and they are too busy eating KFC...Funny ad but really-?

! They are basically saying that dark skinned people eat food like chips and hotdogs more then light skinned people do.
