Guy working in sales of an automotive supplier here. Lamborghini is owned by Audi, Audi on the other hand is part of the VW-group. Thats why they share a lot of parts with Audi, Skoda, Seat, VW, etc. - Usually (not always) the only difference in the parts is the logo and part number. The lambo parts are so expensive due to the low production volumes. The same thing for a Ford Focus, which is a much more common car, of course goes way cheaper as the volume is much higher and the production cost can be distributed on much more parts.
