I’ve been to every Dollar Tree store in the Raleigh/Durham area, Henderson, and other towns, and NONE look like yours. There are some that look good, but are nowhere as large or well stocked. We have a few that are neat, but many look like an explosion in a mattress factory.

So, I have experienced all of the discouraging comments mentioned. But it’s up to me to turn that around so I can have a fun & productive DT experience. The best DT store is 35 mins away. I pack up the grandkids, give them each $5, and away we go! The kids love having their own money to spend & choosing anything they like. I have to have a list or I spend HUNDREDS! Yes, hundreds! I don’t have any creativity, but I can replicate anything! The grandkids, & big kids, do ornament making before the holidays. Now, the grandkids see items & point out how great that would be to make next year’s ornaments! In the buggy they go! When the grandkids come back to our house, they want to see how I used all that stuff from Dollar Tree! It gives them ideas how to organize their (messy) rooms. Thanks Kathryn! Your videos have enhanced our family’s experiences! ❤️
