The pros of E85 in a carbureted air cooled Buell M2 Cyclone out weight the cons. The only major cons are, E85 moisture attraction/can't sit around in the gas tank unused for very long (like no more than a month or 2?) & less driving range on a full tank. Pros - can make much more power with mods, it's cheaper, runs cooler (a big benefit on a air cooled V-twin bike) burns cleaner= cleaner engine/cleaner oil.
