When plod ask you do you need any help then they ask you a raft of personal Questions, effectively they want you to enter into a Verbal joiner Contract freely. This happened to me once and my reply was as i am not the trustee of the trust i am not allowed to enter into a Verbal joiner Contract with a public limited company officer. You are speaking back to them in the Legalees language that they are using on you.
