I suffered from this for many years until I saw a feature on RLS on The One Show. The gentleman featured was prescribed a low dose of Pramipexole - a drug prescribed for Parkinsons's sufferers. I visited the website, printed the pages and took them to my GP who was happy to prescribe them for me. I take one at 9pm every night and they saved my life. I now sleep through the night and can't imagine life without them. I hope this helps any of you who find yourselves at your wits end - like I used to be.
