We were visiting the Holy Baptistery of Saint Lydia of Philippi (Greece), which is located next to the Zigakti River at the place where the Apostle Paul baptized the first woman in Europe, Lydia (Acts 16:13-15). Moved by the beauty and history of this place, my wife, Debra Solberg, began to sing out a song to the Lord. I was filming and heard her begin to sing quietly, sensed her hesitation, and thought, "Sing it out, girl!" but I didn't want to say anything. She later told me that once she started to sing, she realized she hadn't sung the song in years and wasn't sure if she'd remember all the words. But the moment felt so right, and thankfully for everyone there, she leaned into it and ultimately brought us to silence and tears at the sound of a beautiful voice singing a beautiful piece of music ("Ave Maria") in such a beautiful place. It was a brief and special moment and I wanted to share it with you.
