Anyone else playing this in high school but your afraid to say anything because some middle school prodigy will boast about how perfect and better his band is than yours.

This song has too many emotions for me to handle

Bass clarinet here, don’t you just love the absurdly long tied whole note that lasts like 12 measures? It’s really something else

Any time I tell someone I'm playing Encanto I have to go 'but not that encanto'.

I knew someone that couldn't play the solo for clarinet but when we played while people were watching he KILLED it. Put a smile on my face when he finally did it 😂

I was out of teaching for 10 years when I heard this piece. I determined that if I ever had the chance I would do anything to direct it. I did back in 2005. I still love it.

came here for the comments being left by those players of past and present. i am thankful for being a part of an experience that still affects others to this day. i hope that you will feel the same when the years have passed you by and your children play this music as well.

I wish all who read this nothing but joy and happiness for the rest of their days.

We’re playing this song this year in 9th grade. I’m a percussionist, I play the suspended cymbal plus the tambourine, pretty fun piece.

Played this back in 1990 at music camp. Still have the audio cassette recording of the concert somewhere. Loved it then, still love it now.

Was going to play this for concert. Too bad that got cancelled. I’m graduating too so I’m a lil sad.
