My pen’s nossle came off after filament ran out. Is it clogged?

My pen does not open the same as the one shown. My pen does not have the screw on the back like this one. I think you need a different video showing how to open the models without an external screw.

hi! i broke mine pen end ended up having to take off the gears can you open the pink thing for me to see the originals posicions? ill be rlly greatfull

Hi, my 3d pen whenever the filament is like short it goes inside the 3d pen when i put the new filamint it doesn't go inside the 3d pen please help with this issue 😢😢

It seems my 3d pen doesnt have the backing screws as shown in the video, so i'm unsure how to remove the back white part. Do i just pull it off? Are the screws hidden? Its a brand new pen aswell.
