Some tips are good. I like that she has reasons for her preferences. Requesting recommendations and updating the profile are great starting tips.

Nicely done, Linda! Fantastic insight! As a corporate image consultant, I tell my clients and audiences that now days more often than not first impressions are made online versus face-to-face. We typically Google someone before we are going to meet them. And speaking of that, be sure you Google yourself as well to make sure what comes up is what you want associated with your name.
