This is the Tohoku Shinkansen. While its fast at its operating speed of 225mph, its not quite the speed of sound. With that being said being this close to the tracks in such an enclosed area the video speed is probably about right.

The train used in footage is E3-1000 series not 400
The footage is taken on the Yamagata mini-shinkansen line, which operates at lower speeds
Max speed in commercial operation is 320 km/h and only on Tohoku shinkansen.
There are no locomotives, all trains are multiple units.
ALFA-X has two different end cars, 1 and 10. There's only one 22 meter nose.
400 series has long been retired.
