In TCS nextstep portal.... there is no apply for drive option... there is only application form pdf...

Sir, I have appeared tcs nqt in October 2020 and I had given an interview on Feb 17 after that I am unable to complete the interview so I got rejected and I applied for the TCS NQT exam in march 2021 so I received an email to complete the registration process and please apply for drive and in my TCS nqt account " apply for drive " is not available what should I do?

I had given TCS NQT in 2019 and I have CT/DT number of that year. When I'm trying to register as fresh candidate it says that I have already registered. When I'm using the old CT number it doesn't show the application form option.

In next step protal process I have tried to create new reference id but it showed as "you have already".. so I searched in mail then I got the reference id which was created in 2018.. So I used the same.. but when entered into portal I can only see the "Edit Application".. not able to see new application process.. I have edited some part in Edit Application then submitted.. but mail coming as you are not done next step portal process. Please help.. What can I do now?
