Smoked Beef Shanks on the Outlaw Patio

For today's recipe, I'm sharing my recipe for Smoked & Braised Beef Shanks that I cooked similar to a brisket on my Outlaw Patio Stick Burner. I started out with some Beef Shanks from BFR Meats that I tied and seasoned up with some of my Prime Beef Rub. I put it on the Outlaw at about 350 degrees for close to two and a half hours. I made a delicious Mushroom Gravy to go in the wrap, and it all finished off on the pit to marry those flavors. Y'all GOTTA give this one a try!
