Poor Man's Lasagna

sauce ingredients
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
onion powder
garlic powder
Italian blend

ground beef or ground turkey
onion
garlic

bow tie pasta or penne pasta
cream cheese
cottage cheese
mozzarella cheese

cook ground beef or turkey with onion and garlic, once cooked set aside
cook pasta 8-10 minutes once cooked drain and put back into the pot, add cream cheese and cottage cheese set aside.
to make the sauce add 1 can of crushed tomato to pot and 1 can of tomato sauce, add the spices and the ground meat, simmer 5-7 minutes
in a 8x11 baking dish layer the pasta first then add some of the sauce add some mozzarella cheese then repeat process, cover with foil and
bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
