In this video, I’m excited to show you how to make homemade Mochi Donuts! This is the third recipe in my chewy mochi dessert series, following Mochi Waffles and Mochi Pancakes. After a year and a half of developing a process that’s not too difficult and not too messy, I’m thrilled to finally share this recipe with you all!

Ingredients:
Serving: 8 Mochi donuts
(the last one will be smaller than the rest: 5 of 7g dough balls+1 of 4g dough ball)
🍩I recommend enjoying the donuts on the day they’re made, as they can become a bit hard and lose their chewiness by the next day. However, if that happens, just microwave them on high for about 30 seconds, and the chewy texture will come back.

Dry Ingredients:
170g Glutinous Rice Flour
60g All-Purpose Flour(Bob's Red Mill's in the video)
3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
1 Tsp Baking Powder
A pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:
1 Egg(about45-47g)
70g Plain Yogurt(whole milk)
15g Melted Butter
50ml Whole Milk

Sugar Glaze:
3 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Whole Milk

Vegetable oil or Canola oil for deep-frying

I appreciate everyone to spend your time on watching my videos.
