Disposable paper pizza platters that can be used up to 375F have saved me so much time with cleaning. They can be recycled too. I also use them for chicken nuggets, cinnamon rolls, etc., pretty much anything that won’t create oil. 😊

Hey here’s one! I found it out myself. I always avoided cooking cabbage or broccoli because of the smell. I found out that if you light a scented candle the smell will disappear. Also, if you cook these in an aluminum pot, it won’t be nearly so smelly.

I used to squash the pop bottle to remove the air too, thinking it would keep the fizz, but then I realized that the bottle was fully inflated the next time I used it. When you leave the air in, the fizz mostly stays in the luquid, but remove the air and the fizz fills up the bottle, so you're losing it at a fast rate.

I discovered the best way to get my apple slicer to cut all the way through is to stand the apple on a segment of wine cork after starting the slicer into the apple. That way the cork will push up through the center and allow the blades to push completely through the core. That eighth of an inch blade recess on the bottom of the slicer makes no sense to me.
