Street Profits were teasing Raw for awhile and not regaining the NXT titles solidify that. Heavy Machineary fit the "Blue Collar" build FOX was looking for. Lucha House Party caters to spanish demographic while trading (imo why Kofi lost the title) for New Day to go to RAW trading trios. Viking Raiders, well remaining on RAW they did guarantee a tag-title opportunity.
