Housing is not the problem. Affordable land that is serviced into lots is the problem. If I could find a lot to build that I could afford, I could build a house. No lot, no house.

How can we build more housing by destroying the developers and also making it difficult for the first-time home buyers. It's illogical to criticize a policy that favors developers and also expect to increase supply. It's also illogical to criticize a measure that makes a measure specifically targeted for first-time home buyers and then cry over affordability.
