Definitely agree with high turnover rate. If others won't stick around, you shouldn't either.

I worked for a company (as an independent contractor) called OneStepRide out of the Short Hills, NJ area. Man, what a mess. They had me driving the school children before my background check even cleared. And their dispatch system was horrendous. Forget the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing, in this case the left and right hands didn't even know they exist! Was scary to think that a ride sharing company tailored just to pickup and transport school children to/from after school activities was working like in the dark. I quit after like 2 weeks. I keep getting emails from them to come back and drive for them, I left them like 4 years ago.

Don’t start an office job until you have a firm understanding of what it’s like to do manual labor. Just try it at least once in your life. You will have a better appreciation of the real value of hard work and it will drive you to work smart and achieve greater success.

Really good points! Better work for yourself anyway instead for somebody else! Remember Robert kiyosakis quadrant!

Statements true but sometime we need to take what we can get. Getting a good job is not easy now a days especially with the pandemic going on and if you do get an interview, you have crazy competition . And building a business takes time to make money plus the bills are not going to wait for you . I’m not saying stay there forever but use the job to eat and pay bills while you find another job that’s better

Literally every single point he makes in this video is alive and well in my current company. That's crazy. I continually bring this up to the owner and he simply cannot see it.

Just because someone stays with a company for a long time, it may not be a reflection of the company itself. The individual may stay for reasons other than room for growth, or money.

I once applied for a Cash In Transit Company - bit like Brinks. I walked into a group of 50 staff on strike. I sat the interview & was offered the job - the current employee walked me out. He told me NOT to accept the job as you will work 60+ hours & be paid no extra.

I once applied for a job that was middle management & the female owner was full on racist. I found this disgusting as maybe the KKK was setting up here was my impression. I walked disappointed as getting a flat tyre with a puncture - this was the omen I needed. I withdrew my application immediately.
